By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, the ticket holder ("Participant") agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Ticket Validity & Entry
- Each ticket is valid only for the date(s) and category mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket (digital or physical) along with a government-issued photo ID if requested.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific category.
2. Ticket Categories & Inclusions
- Ticket inclusions (event access, workshops, competitions, accommodation, meals, transport, etc.) are strictly limited to what is mentioned in the selected ticket category.
- Camping and hotel accommodation tickets are limited in number and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Accommodation-linked tickets are valid only for the specified nights and are subject to the rules of the respective property.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Payments
- All ticket prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at the time of purchase.
- The organiser reserves the right to revise ticket prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
- Convenience fees or platform fees charged by ticketing partners are non-refundable.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
- Tickets once purchased are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation by the organiser.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, partial attendance, or unused inclusions.
- In case of event postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the organiser.
- Ticket transfers, if permitted, must be communicated in writing to the organiser at least 48 hours prior to the event.
5. Event Changes & Force Majeure
- The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, programme, instructors, artists, or activities without prior notice.
- The organiser shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, or acts beyond reasonable control.
6. Participation, Safety & Conduct
- Participants acknowledge that traditional archery and outdoor activities involve inherent physical risks.
- Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
- The organiser, venue owners, partners, and staff shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the event.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors, marshals, and organisers at all times.
- Any misconduct, intoxication, or behaviour deemed unsafe or disrespectful may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in workshops and challenges.
- The organiser does not provide medical insurance for participants.
- Basic first aid may be available on-site; however, this does not replace professional medical care.
8. Accommodation & Property Rules
- Camping participants must bring and use equipment responsibly and maintain the cleanliness of the venue.
- Damage to venue property, accommodation facilities, or equipment will be chargeable to the responsible participant.
- Quiet hours, alcohol policies, and property-specific rules must be strictly followed.
9. Media, Photography & Intellectual Property
- The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes.
- By attending, participants grant the organiser the right to use their image, likeness, and recordings without compensation.
- Participants may take personal photographs and videos unless explicitly restricted in certain areas.
10. Age Restrictions
- Age eligibility, if any, will be specified per ticket category.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
11. Prohibited Items
- Weapons (other than authorised archery equipment), illegal substances, fireworks, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
- The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to anyone carrying prohibited items.
12. Liability Limitation
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser's liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
- The organiser shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
14. Acceptance of Terms
- Purchase of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
